  SHOOK'N'COOK ZUCCHINI P.57 AND SHOOK'N' COOK BREADING P.56

THESE WERE GOOD BUT I KELLY'S ADVICE ON THE SALT AND CUT IT IN HALF .THANK YOU KELLY GLAD I DID THEY WERE PLENTY SALTY.THE RECIPE SAID TO CUT THE ZUCCHINI IN WEDGES ,BUT I WILL NEXT TIME CUT THEM IN CIRCLES [LIKE I WOULD NORMALLY DO] THEY WERE TO HARD TO TURN TO GET ALL SIDES BROWN.THE FLAVOR OF THESE WERE REALLY TASTY.

THIS IS MY GLUTEN FAUX TURKEY .IT DID SMELL LIKE TURKEY WHEN IT WAS COOKING


THIS IS MY FAUX TURKEY  I MADE FOR THANKSGIVING
THE GLUTEN TURKEY WAS CUT UP IN SMALL PIECES AND PUT IN A STUFFING. THAT IS WHAT THE TURKEY IS MADE UP OF INSIDE .THE OUT SIDE IS PUFFED PASTRY .THE WHOLE THING IS BAKED FOR 25 MINUTES AND BASTED WITH KETCHUP AND WATER MIXTURE !!!  SUPER YUMMY !!!

THIS WAS VERY GOOD .I LIKED THE WALNUTS BUT MY HUSBAND DIDN'T SO  NEXT TIME I MIGHT HAVE TO LEAVE THEM OUT [WE'LL SEE] HAHA
