THIS WAS A QUICK DINNER TO MAKE . I WENT TO WHOLE FOODS TO PURCHASE THE PINE NUTS AND HAD TO LOOK TWICE AT THE PRICE PER POUND!!!HOLY  MOLY
$29.99 A POUND.YOU BET WHEN I WAS TOASTING THESE GEMS I DIDN'T LEAVE THE SKILLET.THE SALAD WAS LACKING SOMETHING[MORE GARLIC AND A LITTLE CAYNEE PEPPER WOULD HAVE HELPED]MAYBE MORE SALT?I RATE THIS RECIPE A 7.I'M GLAD I STILL HAD BASIL GROWING IN MY GARDEN TO USE ON THIS RECIPE.I REALLY DIDN'T SEE WHERE THE PINE NUTS REALLY ADDED THAT MUCH TO THE RECIPE.I WOULD PROBABLY SKIP THEM NEXT TIME.
