Shredded Brussels sprouts with Apples and Pecans

This month I am cooking from COLOR ME VEGAN by Colleen Patrick-Goureau
 This was pretty good ,but to much trouble shredding 1 1/2 pounds of brussel sprouts .
The apples gave it a nice sweetness to it .I did add a few raisins too .

  1. Great to see you cooking and blogging again! I bought some brussels sprouts to make this recipe but there haven't been too many good comments about it. I might just roast them instead. :)
