SPICY NUT DRESSING |
I USED DRY RICE NOODLES FOR THIS RECIPE .THIS ONLY THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED THESE NOODLE AND WHAT A MESS I MADE WHEN I TRIED TO BREAK THEM IN HALF FROM THE PACKAGE ,BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO MAKE A WHOLE BOX OF NOODLES FOR 2 PEOPLE .WELL NEEDLESS TO SAY DRY RICE NOODLES WENT FLYING EVERY WHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WHAT A MESS !!!!!!!!!!!DON'T YOU JUST HATE CLEANING UP A MESS WHEN YOU ALREADY HAVE THE DIRTY DISHES MESS TO CLEAN TOO?
I LOVE TO COOK ,BUT DOING THE DISHES IS NOT FAVORITE PART!!!!!!
OTHER THAN THE MESS.THIS SALAD WAS EASY TO MAKE .I MADE IT BY THE RECIPE BUT IT WAS A LITTLE LACKING ON SOMETHING SO I ADDED MORE TAMARI AND A LITTLE OLIVE OIL,ONIONS AND GARLIC [I LOVE GARLIC] MUCH ,MUCH, BETTER!!
I TOASTED WALNUTS THIS TIME FOR THIS SALAD INSTEAD OF THOSE EXPENSIVE PINE NUTS!!I WOULD RATE THIS RECIPE AN 7, BUT AFTER I ADDED TO IT I WOULD GIVE IT AN 9.
HAPPY COOKIN EVERYONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I rehydrated my dry noodles, only used half of them and put the other half in the freezer. I haven't tried that before but I'll see how they turn out when I defrost them!
