THIS RECIPE WAS SO YUMMY .I WILL DIFFIDENTLY BE MAKING THIS AGAIN .I DON'T THINK MY NON VEGAN FRIENDS WOULD EVER KNOW THIS WAS NOT THE REAL STUFF.IT WAS CREAMY AND RICH ,JUST PERFECT .THIS RECIPE IS ONE THE BEST I HAVE FIXED .MY 2 YEAR OLD GRANDSON ATE IT ALL .THAT MEANS THIS RECIPE IS A 10.

WELL, WE HAD COMPANY COMING TONIGHT SO I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A GOOD TIME TO MAKE THE COOKIE RECIPE .THEY WERE A LITTLE HARD TO MIX UP .MAYBE NEXT TIME I WILL MELT THE BUTTER BEFORE I TRY TO MIX IT .MIXING WITH THE SPOON DIDN'T CUT  IT ,SO I MIXED AND NEADED WITH MY HANDS AND FINALLY IT STARTED COMING TOGETHER  I USED PEANUT BUTTER IN MINE FOR THE NUT BUTTER..THEY WERE DONE IN 10 MINUTES FLAT .THE RECIPE SAID IT WOULD MAKE  12 COOKIES MINE MADE 18 .THEY WERE SUPER MOIST.AND DECLIOUS.I THINK NEXT TIME I WOULD ADD WALNUTS TOO.I RATE THIS COOKIE AN 9 .

I LOVE BEING ABLE TO FINALLY COOK MY WAY THOUGH ONE OF MY MANY VEGAN COOKBOOKS .THE LA DOLCE VEGAN  COOKBOOK BY SARAH KRAMER HAS SUCH  EASY AND NOT SO TIME CONSUMING RECIPES,  IT FITS PERFECT IN MY BUSY LIFESTYLE. I HAVE LEARNED TO USE SOME INGREDIENTS I HAVE NEVER TYRED BEFORE AND THAT IS EXCITING !  THE PEOPLE ON THIS CHALLENGE IS STARTING TO FEEL LIKE FAMILY .CHECKING IN ON EACH OTHER EACH DAY,  TO SEE HOW THE COOKING AND RECIPES ARE GOING.HAHAHA

THESE WERE VERY EASY AND DELICIOUS!AND VERY ,VERY ,FILLING!!!!!
THE ONLY THING I WAS DISAPPOINTED IN WAS I REALLY COULDN'T TASTE THE SWEET POTATO IN IT .THE BEAN MIXTURE HAD EXCELLENT FLAVOR.I LOVE THE SPICE CUMIN.MY MOM AND HUSBAND GAVE IT THUMBS UP !YOU HAVE TO WATCH THE BEAN POT WHEN IT IS COOKING AND KEEP STIRRING OR THEY WILL STICK.
I GIVE THESE BURRITOS A 9 .

WELL IT MAY LOOK LIKE CHICKEN ,IT MAY SPELL A LITTLE LIKE CHICKEN ...BUT IT SURE DIDN'T  TASTE LIKE CHICKEN.I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED ,IT WAS SO TOUGH WE COULDN'T EVEN CHEW IT .I DID BAKE IT TO GET A CHEWIER TEXTURE ,LIKE THE RECIPE SAID YOU COULD DO ..BUT NEXT TIME I WILL BOIL THEN JUST FRY IT WITHOUT BAKING IT .I NEVER HAVE HAD MUCH LUCK WITH THE GLUTEN RECIPES .ALWAYS SEEM TO DISAPPOINT.HOPE YOU GUYS HAVE A BETTER TURN OUT. SO WE HAD MASH POTATOES AND ASPARAGUS AND HOMEMADE ROLLS FOR SUPPER.I AM NOT EVEN GOING TO RATE THIS ONE.

I LOVED THIS RECIPE !!SO EASY AND VERY PRETTY .NICE DESSERT FOR GUEST.AND BEST OF  ALL  HEALTHY!!!!.NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT RASPBERRIES AND APPLES TOGETHER BUT I WILL NOW!!!!!!!  I DECIDED TO DECORATE THE TOP OF THE CRISP WITH 1 RASPBERRIES AND 6 BAKED APPLE SLICES SINCE I HAD AN APPLE LEFT OVER. THE TOP GOT NICE AND CRUNCHY THE WAY A CRISP SHOULD BE .I MADE SOME CASHEW CREAM TO GO ON TOP [4 OUNCES RAW CASHEWS,SOAKED,1/2 C WATER DASH OF MAPLE SYRUP,AND A DROP OF VANILLA ]JUST BLEND TILL SMOOTH.SOOOOO GOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!!!!TRY IT YOU WILL LIKE IT .   HAHA
THE  CRISP WAS NOT TOO SWEET BUT JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF SUGAR.
I GIVE THIS RECIPE A 10!!!!! I WOULDN'T CHANGE A THING .
