curried cauliflower soup p.82

This was pretty good to be oil free,soy free and wheat free.I like eating something really healthy ,so this recipe is a keeper ! I didn't blend it all because i like texure to my soup and I did add corn to it after I taste tested it from the recipe .much better.

INDIAN -STYLE BLACK BEAN AND VEGGIE BURRITOS P.238

I THOGHT THIS WOULD BE REALLY GOOD ,BUT I THOUGHT IT WAS A LITTLE BLAND .IT NEEDED  SOME MORE SPICES OR SOMETHING ????
 I USED THE EZEKIEL 4:9 SPROUTED GRAIN TORTILLAS.I GET THEM AT WHOLE FOODS ,THEY ARE RELLY GOOD AND HEALTHY!!!

CITRUS SALAD P.46


THIS WAS AWONDERFUL AND REFRESHING SALAD !!!  I WILL BE MAKING THIS AGAIN SOON .THE DRESSING WITH THE FRESH ORANGE JUICE  LIIME,VINEGAR AND AGAVE NECTAR WAS DELISH !!!!!!!!!!  I WILL WILL BE MAKING THIS DRESSING FOR MY TOSS SALADS    TOO . SO EASY TO MAKE TO, I JUST BLENDED AN ORANGE IN MY VITMIX THEN ADDED THE  OTHER 3  INGREDIENTS  AND ITS DONE .THATS WHAT I LIKE FEW INGREDIENTS AND FAST !!!!!!

Shredded Brussels sprouts with Apples and Pecans

This month I am cooking from COLOR ME VEGAN by Colleen Patrick-Goureau
 This was pretty good ,but to much trouble shredding 1 1/2 pounds of brussel sprouts .
The apples gave it a nice sweetness to it .I did add a few raisins too .
